We’ve simplified the building process by making it straightforward and maintaining full transparency at every stage.
Our process starts with an initial meeting with one of our designers. This is your chance to collaborate with us on ideas, so feel free to bring any inspiration images you have. We’ll also take the time to understand your lifestyle and ensure the designs align with your budget.
After the initial meeting, we will create a concept design for your review. We’ll go through the design together to ensure it incorporates everything you want and that you’re completely satisfied with the result.
Once you approve the design, we will proceed with preparing a budget estimate. This will consider the project scope and provide a detailed outline of the specifications, including internal finishes.
After finalizing the budget estimate, we move on to the documentation stage. A preliminary agreement will be provided, which includes the preparation of building engineering plans, soil reports, and the final contract specifications.
We're almost there! Once you're satisfied with the proposed plan and documents, we'll walk you through the contract and make sure you fully understand each detail. By this stage, you'll be clear on the timeline for your build, interior finishes, documentation, and the warranty process.
Once on-site work begins, you'll receive an email from our team with a link to the live builder portal. This portal will enable you to monitor the progress of your build each week and provide an easy way to communicate with your project manager and schedule site meetings, which are held every two weeks.
Congratulations! You’re nearly ready to move into your new home. Once the construction is finished, your builder will conduct a detailed walkthrough to check for any issues and ensure you're fully satisfied with the outcome. After that, you'll receive the final invoice and certificate of completion, and then you’ll be all set to move in!
